How do I go about retrieving e-mails I accidently deleted?
Osiris Communications does not backup individual emails for customer access.

If you are using IMAP to check your email and you have already expunged/purged deleted items out of your Inbox than there is no way to recover these items. If you have marked the messages for deletion but not expunged your Inbox you can still click and access the emails.

If you are using POP3 to check your email and you have elected to leave email on the server for some period of time, there is a possibility that the email still is there.  Please contact support and provide us with the date received, the FROM address and the subject if possible.

If you are unsure of whether you are using POP3 or IMAP, please check your email account settings in your email program.  Any webmail access will follow the same rules as IMAP.
